Joanna Casselden – Crechendo Founder and Director

Joanna  discovered her love of childcare at a young age and pursued career paths in childcare and primary teaching before launching her dedicated national short-term childcare company. Joanna has a Diploma and Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and over 25 years experience in the childcare industry. As Director of Crechendo, Joanna is responsible for all aspects of the business from staffing and training, liaising with clients, providing the latest resources and age-appropriate materials and ensuring all children are happy and safe while in our care.

 

Our Team

Crechendo only employ qualified early childhood educators and experienced childcare workers. Crechendo are an experienced team with a passion for creating fun, safe learning environments for children of all ages. We recognise the importance of our role and the responsibility given to us by the parents and adhere strictly to the national guidelines for work place health and safety in childcare, have a thorough policy and procedures manual and detailed compliance documents. All our team have first aid certificates and Working with Children checks. We recognise and accept the important responsibility entrusted in us by our clients and the parents of the children under our care.
